when subaru said to emilia "tsuki ga kirei desu ne" (the moon is pretty), in japanese it's an expression to say "I love you". But she doesn't understand

The moon is pretty in Japanese is an idiom. It means I love you but i guess the idiom doesn’t exist in this world

Looks like you're watching the censored version of the show. Not that it matters super much, but the other one has a couple of details that weren't removed. Like in the end scene here, you'd see Subaru's eye roll out in the pool of blood after he gets smashed.

It happens, it's a show with a lot of dialog, it's easy to let things slip. Roswaal mentioned it when we saw him talking to Ram, he said it's been five days since Subaru came to the mansion.

When Subaru was taking lessons from Ram and you guys said things were different, they weren't exactly different, that was the first night he was at the mansion, you can see that by the fact he still didn't go to the village and get bitten by the dog. It happened a few days later. Before he dies in his sleep, it's said he's been working there for 5 days already, so he died in the 5th day.
