Yep on rematch you notice a lot more details: awkward moment in the hallway between Mark and Helena, Helena's tiny surprise coming off the elevator when Mark rushes to hug her, and Helena doesn't bat an eye that there is a child working there.

When they all first come back there’s a scene where Helena is searching for the on switch on Hellys computer because she’s never been there. A subtle clue that it was Helena all along.

it seems you figured it out, but yes, every time we saw helly in s2 in eps 1-4 it was actually helena! some fans called it from ep 1 so it would be interesting for you to go back and watch those scenes now and see if you notice anything 😊
