the amount of "she made folklore" posts ive seen today off this album is kinda funny. if Midnights was her scorpion, this is her Vultures lmao. The songwriting prowess she had in 2020 that spurred her career ascension has just regressed to such a crazy degree you almost have to wonder how much Joe Alwyne was resoponsible for it before

I don't know if I would call it excellent writing. Also on the production side, I was expecting more, given they had Max Martin on the project, but there's barely a trace of it here.

Can’t say I’m a Taylor Swift fan but there were songs on Folklore/Evermore, Midnights and Tortured Poets Department that I liked and saved to my playlists. I listened to this new album hoping to find something else I’ll like, but I didn’t like anything off of this album. Sonically not very interesting, but maybe more interesting lyrically.
