Is good idea you do this with friend, so even difficult reach place is nice and exercise. I reccomend latios frend! They have stronk leg and arm, perfect for grab and pull, and also have bonus big tool that help exercise and warm even deep into tiny latias body.
Possible side effect this is maybe stretches end messy. Is okay, am shower anyway when morning.
