Right, that makes sense, I was worried about those simulations being too large to send over the Internet, how about running them locally then? The simulation results should be exactly the same on my machine as they are on yours so if you send me the file to simulate I'll end up with the same 50GB of data that you have, and then anything you do afterwards will be saved in the blend file that's going to be easy to send over. I don't guarantee it's going to work but it's worth a shot.
