Chapter 116 (Rewrite)
Kuro flicked an ear and gave a single, sharp bark—nothing more. He lay down a few paces away, head on his paws, amber eyes following every movement. He didn’t touch me; he didn’t need to. Just knowing he watched—quiet, evaluative, pack-still—was enough to make my cheeks burn.
Koji leaned back, still coming down from his high, lips peeled into a wide, feral grin. The scent of him hung heavy in the room, hot and metallic, and my body trembled despite itself.
“Tch. Don’t drift,” he said, voice rough with satisfaction. A twitch of his fingers—so small I might have missed it if not for the pulse in my collar—and the leash tugged. My Byakugan would have shown the fine chakra threads running from his knuckles to the ring at my throat, but I didn’t need it. I felt him.
I slid across the floor to his knees.
“You are amazing, Yuki,” he murmured, and then he dragged me up into his lap.
I melted. His mouth was heat and command, fangs grazing, tongue insistent. My lips parted without a fight, and he took, and took, until I was breathless. His hands mapped me in greedy passes—throat, shoulder, waist, the curve of my hip. Chakra-honed nails traced barely-there crescents into my skin, little warnings that he could press and make them real anytime he wanted.
“Alpha,” I breathed against him, need leaking into my voice.
“I know,” he said, biting my lower lip and releasing it slow. He moved to my ear, his breath a growl, and kissed a line down my neck to the shoulder—then sank his teeth in. Not hard enough to break skin, but hard enough to claim. Pain bloomed, sharp and bright, and rolled into heat. I arched into it with a gasp. My nails found his back and held.
Kuro’s tail thumped once against the floor. Watching. Silent.
Koji’s hands tightened at my hips, grinding me down on the thickness already pushing against the seam of his pants. “You’re riding the edge,” he said. It wasn’t a question. “If I keep you here, I’ll forget the rest of the ritual.”
I didn’t argue. He slid me off his lap with a rumbling laugh, and I sank to my knees, palms on the cool floor, collar ringing soft.
A soft clink of metal. I looked up. The leash snapped onto the D-ring at my throat with a practiced, unhurried click. In his other hand, Koji held a tail plug—sleek steel stem, flared base, a lush black plume that would sway with every breath. A perfect, humiliating finish.
“Eyes on me,” he said, dangling it so the light caught. “Tail up.”
I turned and presented, forehead to the floor, ass high. My breathing stuttered as the plug head pressed to my entrance—cool, unyielding—then in a slow, implacable push, he worked it past resistance until the flare seated deep and the plume lifted, obedient. A sharp whine escaped me before I could stop it.
Koji chuckled, palms smoothing over my ass to admire how the tail arced. “Perfect.”
Kuro gave a low chuff from the corner, ears forward. I swallowed.
Koji tugged the leash, and I pivoted to face him, knees together, back straight despite the tail’s weight inside me. He stood over me—dominant, unhurried—fingers looped lightly through the leash as if he were holding a thought.
“Now,” he said, eyes gleaming, “as my bitch, there are rules. You will listen. You will remember.”
I nodded once, eyes up, throat dry.
“Rule number one.” The leash lifted, and so did my chin. “You will address me with respect at all times. I am your Alpha. Understood?”
“Yes, Alpha,” I said, steady even as my heartbeat stumbled.
“Rule number two.” His tone didn’t rise; it didn’t need to. “You are to be ready to serve. Your needs come second. Mine come first.”
“Yes, Alpha. Clear.”
He stepped closer, knuckles brushing my cheek, and something like fondness flashed in his eyes before it vanished beneath the wolf again. “Rule number three. When you’re in my house, wearing my collar, you don’t use the Byakugan unless I tell you to. It’s precious to your clan. In here”—a tug, a pulse of chakra through the leash—“it’s mine to degrade.”
Heat flushed through me. “Understood, Alpha.”
“Rule number four.” The tail inside me reminded me of itself when I inhaled; I shivered. “You will address members of my pack with respect. Kuro is senior ninken. He guards, witnesses, judges. You don’t touch him. You don’t act without my command. You acknowledge his station. Clear?”
My eyes flicked to the corner—amber gaze, steady, assessing—and back. “Yes, Alpha.”
“Rule number five.” His thumb stroked the corner of my mouth, then pressed, guiding my lips open and closed as if testing a bit. “You will perform any task I assign, no matter how humiliating. Your body and will answer to me.”
“Yes, Alpha,” I whispered. The words curled warm and terrible in my chest.
He let the leash fall slack, then gathered it again, soft leather whispering through his fingers. “Rule number six.” A tiny smile. “You do not disobey direct orders. If you do, there will be consequences you won’t forget.”
My pulse thrummed in my ears. “I accept, Alpha.”
Koji’s smile sharpened. He hooked two fingers beneath my chin and lifted my face, his other hand cupping my cheek with startling gentleness. The contrast made my breath hitch.
“Good girl,” he said, thumb dragging once over my lower lip. “Let’s see how well you follow orders.”
He kissed me again—deep, claiming—and when he pulled back, the leash guided me smoothly to all fours. Behind us, Kuro rose, padded three steps closer, then settled again, ears pricked, as if to witness the oath I’d just made.
In the mirror propped against the far wall, I caught my reflection: pale skin flushed, the leash a black slash at my throat, the tail lifted high from between my cheeks. Hyūga eyes wide, shining.
Koji’s voice slid over me like a brand. “Look at yourself,” he murmured. “Remember who you belong to.”
“I belong to you, Alpha,” I said, and the truth of it rang in my bones.
“Good,” he breathed, hunger flaring again as he took up the leash and gave the slightest tug. “Then come. We’re not nearly done.”
Kuro’s tail thumped once—slow, approving—and the three of us moved as one: Alpha, witness, and bitch.
