would you like to delve in the past through a flashback where most of those questions you posted would be answered? it would be a sort of "EPISODE 0" showing the first loop , but it being the past it wouldn't allow the stars to change much in it, since it's , well , the past. Since it'd be guided by the arbiters you'd still be able to ask question and clarification to them ,but wouldn't be able to change much else.
or,
would you prefer to have brief dialogue-like answers to your questions, and go back to the story after the epilogue is done? this would likely make the answers kind of vague and cramped in a single update, and we would not be able to go too in depth with them due to the limited space, But we'd try to get to them all if possible.

Honestly, either is just fine, but if you go with episode 0, may I suggest you approach it in a similar way you did with "intermission" a bit perhaps, with more specific rules on the actions Example, since it's the past, and the stars cannot change it, how about we make suggestions on what actions the heroes' perform during those interactions. It could be like a video game, that has a set encounter with a specific final result, that cannot be altered (like a boss fight you will lose no matter what), but we could suggest the actions that happened during the event, like spells or items used, etc.

Honestly yes because I am so behind and lost lorewise. Every time I think I get it everyone is freaking out over a plot element I didn't even process. My dumb :(
