The former asked for somethign featuring sam lane from the new show my adventures with superman, while the latter asked for gorilla grodd monkeyfiying people. I have to admit i haven't watched the show yet and i'm not too knowledgeable in dc comics lore, but i seem to remember gorilla grodd had strong psychic powers and was particularly brutal as a character, having this kind of tyrannical disposition and in general disdain for humans. Now ...regressing someone psychosomatically by making them believe so strongly they are a gorilla they actually transform: i dunno if grodd can do something like this but hey, i think it's cool so in this he can XD

To answer your question Grodd can’t turn people into gorillas with his psychic powers alone but in the comic and TV shows he does do it occasionally with the help of a big machine. But still you gotta admit the scenario is hot as hell
