I imagine this happens quite some time after both goof troop movies, with goofy and pete making another road trip , stopping at the neptune inn and meeting the now adult chad, traveling across the states to meet his girlfriend who's at uni. And out come the cigars given to pete by a shady fortune teller that promised him great fortune for those willing to share the gift of themselves with others. Well, looks like pete is soon going to be back in business!
