Karina is a combat "nun", whose job is to defeat eldritch beings and contain it so the madness won't spread. There are 2 ways for her to cleanse the infected, 1 is through sexual actions, 2nd is to gun them down. The 2nd method is usually employed when the infected are beyond saving.
Once she cleansed the infected, a god's essence resided inside her, too much of this will cause her to go mad and slowly transform into a mindless monster. To remedy this, she has to get her god's essence extracted by the priest, her superior. During the extraction, she will leak all the god's essence from her tits, as it is the source of life itself, and the priest has to receive all of it.
I still have yet to write the lore or even the name for the priest lol, but please look forward to it, and the doujin on a later date!

That'd be interesting ngl, so far in the story, the gods are eldritch beings that are not of this world. I'd like to incorporate the gods that are birthed through superstition and beliefs too, but i gotta brainstorm on how should i insert it lol
