Urabami Sumire is the boss and mentor of Erika and Satrio. Though she may be their boss, she is an absolute evil bitch. She is also Satrio's sugar mommy prior to meeting Erika, and manages several nightclubs and gambling halls. Her day job is a florist and own a flower shop called "Hanakotoba".
She lost her left eye and has irreparable damage on her kneecap in an accident involving her and her daughter (who didn't survive), which made her kinda crippled. hence the walking staff.
