上一篇文章有提及過我的視力問題，我想再詳細說明一下情況，還有對往後創作的影響及想法。
大概和遺傳有關，我從幼稚園開始就有嚴重近視，長大時近視度數一直加深，生活上有很多不方便的地方，到成年後情況開始慢慢緩和。但不幸地，有一天我右眼出現奇怪的閃光和黑點。就醫後發現，我左右眼出現不同程度的視網膜脫落，左眼要進行激光治療，右眼則要開刀進行修復視網膜手術。
手術成功，左眼能保留原有視力，右眼眼皮留下一些創傷，令眼皮下垂，影響外觀但不太影響視力。手術後，右眼眼內會留下一些氣體，形成氣泡，會令眼壓升高，需要一段長時間讓眼內氣泡消失。過了大半年，氣體漸漸散去，但看東西時，開始有一層白霧遮擋，之後確認是手術後遺症出現的白內障。便要再一次開刀進行手術，換上人工晶體。
換上人工晶體後，白霧消失了。因人工晶體沒有自然晶體的彈性，雖然近視消失了，換來的是老花眼。白內障手術後，又再次引發後遺症，視網膜再度脫落，又做了一次修復手術，再等多個月後，總算痊癒了，但右眼視野中有一塊糊掉的地方，這情況要跟我一輩子了。
之後，因為左眼仍是近視，右眼是老花，所以我去訂製一副新眼鏡，左邊鏡片是凹透鏡，右邊鏡片側是平光鏡。左右眼看到物件會大小不一，完全沒辦法適應。最後選擇訂製另一副眼鏡，變成左右眼都用度數很接近的凹透鏡；由於右眼配戴高近視的鏡片，變相等於放棄右眼的視覺，用左眼作主力眼。
後來，我開始接觸畫畫，然後做動圖和遊戲，一直以來我都是以這個狀態創作作品的呢。
最近，我左眼的飛蚊症急劇惡化，也出現一些閃光，我十分擔心又是視網膜脫落，到醫院檢查後，發現並不是視網膜脫落，而是色素增加導致飛蚊症惡化。醫生要我留意如果再有惡化情況，便要及時就醫。雖然不是最壞情況，但更嚴重的飛蚊症症狀，對我的創作過程造成更多困擾。

之後想了很久，雖然可能作畫會偶然出錯，也會畫得慢一些，我還是想繼續創作下去。除了兩個續作遊戲外，我還有更多點子想用在其他小遊戲中，也想畫更多不同的角色，做更多LoveLove動畫。
當創作作品，全神貫注時，會進入一些人說的「心流」狀態，會暫時忘記自己的缺憾。創作也可以實現自己的XXOO想法，可以下筆描繪自己想要的角色與故事，還有完成作品時的喜悅感，全部都是帶動我繼續下去的動力。
既然還能握筆，還能看得見東西，就繼續下去吧。我要再戰個五年！

The previous article mentioned my eyesight problems, and I would like to elaborate on the situation, as well as its impact and my thoughts on future creations.
It is likely related to genetics, I have had severe myopia since I was in kindergarten, and as I grew up, my myopia keep getting worse, leading to many inconveniences in daily life. However, as I reached adulthood, the situation began to gradually slow down. Unfortunately, one day I noticed strange flashes and black spots in my right eye. After seeking medical attention, I discovered that I had varying degrees of retinal detachment in both eyes. My left eye requires laser treatment, while my right eye needs surgery to repair the retina.
The surgery was successful, and my left eye retained its original vision. However, my right eyelid was left with some scarring, causing it to droop, which affects my appearance but not my vision too much. After the surgery, there was some gas left inside my right eye, forming bubbles that increased the eye pressure, need a long time for the bubbles to dissipate. After more than half a year, the gas gradually disappeared, but I began to notice a layer of white fog obstructing my vision. Later, it was confirmed that this was a side effect of the surgery, resulting in cataracts. This meant I would need to undergo another surgery to replace it with an artificial lens.
After the artificial lens was implanted, the white haze disappeared. However, since the artificial lens lacks the elasticity of a natural lens, although my myopia was resolved, I was left with presbyopia. Following the cataract surgery, I experienced another complication that my retina had detached again, requiring yet another repair surgery. After several months of waiting, I finally healed, but there remains a blurred spot in my right eye's field of vision. This condition will stay with me for the rest of my life.
Afterward, since my left eye still had myopia and my right eye had presbyopia, I decided to order a new pair of glasses. The left lens was a concave lens, while the right lens was a plano lens. This resulted in a significant difference in the size of objects seen by each eye, making it impossible for me to adapt. Ultimately, I chose to order another pair of glasses, this time with both lenses being concave and with very similar prescriptions. Because my right eye had a high myopia lens, it essentially meant giving up on the vision in my right eye and relying on my left eye as the dominant one.
Later on, I start drawing, and then I got into animation and game development. I've been creating my artworks in this state all along.
Recently, my floaters in the left eye have worsened dramatically, and I've also noticed some flashes of light. I was very worried that it might be retinal detachment again. However, after an examination at the hospital, I found out that it wasn't retinal detachment, but rather an increase in pigment that caused the worsening of the floaters. The doctor advised me to keep an eye on any further deterioration and to seek medical attention promptly if it happens. Although it's not the worst-case scenario, the more severe symptoms of floaters are causing more disruptions in my creative process.

After thinking for a long time, I realized that even though I might make mistakes while drawing and work a bit slower, I still want to continue creating art. I want to finish my two sequel games, I have many ideas I want to explore in other small games, and I also want to draw more anime characters and create more LoveLove animations.
When I'm fully immersed in the creative process, I enter a state that some people refer to as 'flow,' where I temporarily forget about my shortcomings. Creating art allows me to realize my XXOO ideas and fantasies, I can depict the characters and stories I want, and the joy of completing a piece. That is the motivation that drives me to keep going.
Since I can still hold a pen and able to see things, I will keep going. I want to fight for another five years!

前の記事で視力の問題について触れましたが、その状況や影響、そして今後の創作についての考えを詳しくお話ししたいと思います。
おそらく遺伝的な要因が関係していると思います。私は幼稚園の頃から重度の近視で、成長するにつれて近視がどんどん悪化し、日常生活に多くの不便をもたらしました。しかし、大人になるにつれて、その状況は徐々に落ち着いてきました。残念ながら、ある日、右目に奇妙な閃光や黒い点が見えることに気づきました。医療機関を受診したところ、両目にさまざまな程度の網膜剥離があることがわかりました。左目はレーザー治療が必要で、右目は網膜を修復するための手術が必要です。
手術は成功し、左目は元の視力を保ちました。しかし、右まぶたには少し傷跡が残り、少し垂れ下がってしまいました。これが見た目には影響しますが、視力にはあまり影響しません。手術後、右目の中にガスが残っていて、泡ができて目の圧力が上がってしまいました。その泡が消えるまでには時間がかかります。半年以上経った後、ガスは徐々に消えていきましたが、視界を妨げる白い霧のようなものに気づき始めました。その後、これは手術の副作用であり、 cataract（白内障）になっていることが確認されました。つまり、人工レンズに置き換えるための別の手術が必要になるということです。
人工レンズが植え込まれた後、白い霧は消えました。しかし、人工レンズは自然のレンズの弾力性がないため、近視は解消されたものの、老眼が残ってしまいました。白内障の手術の後、また別の合併症が発生し、網膜が再び剥離してしまい、さらに修復手術が必要になりました。数ヶ月の待機を経て、ようやく回復しましたが、右目の視野にはまだぼやけたスポットが残っています。この状態は私の人生の残りの間ずっと付きまとっていくことになるでしょう。
その後、左目はまだ近視で、右目は老眼だったため、新しいメガネを注文することにしました。左のレンズは凹レンズで、右のレンズは平面レンズでした。このため、両目で見える物の大きさに大きな違いが生じ、適応することができませんでした。最終的に、もう一組のメガネを注文することに決め、今度は両方のレンズを凹レンズにし、処方箋も非常に似たものにしました。右目には強い近視用のレンズが入っていたため、実質的には右目の視力を諦めて、左目を主に頼ることになるということでした。
その後、私は絵を描き始め、アニメーションやゲーム開発にも興味を持ちました。この状態のままでずっと自分の作品を作り続けてきました。
最近、左目の浮遊物が劇的に悪化し、光の閃光も見えるようになりました。再び網膜剥離かもしれないととても心配しました。しかし、病院での検査の結果、網膜剥離ではなく、浮遊物の悪化は色素の増加によるものであることがわかりました。医者からは、さらなる悪化に注意を払い、もしそうなった場合はすぐに医療機関を受診するように言われました。最悪の事態ではないものの、浮遊物のより深刻な症状が私の創作活動にもっと影響を与えています。

長い間考えた結果、絵を描くときに間違えることがあったり、少し作業が遅くなったりしても、それでもアートを作り続けたいという気持ちがあることに気づきました。2つの続編ゲームを完成させたいですし、他の小さなゲームで探求したいアイデアもたくさんあります。それに、もっとアニメキャラクターを描いたり、LoveLoveアニメーションをもっと作ったりしたいです！
創作プロセスに完全に没頭しているとき、私は「フロー」と呼ばれる状態に入ります。その時は、自分の欠点を一時的に忘れることができます。アートを創ることで、私のXXOOのアイデアや幻想を実現でき、描きたいキャラクターや物語を表現することができます。そして、作品を完成させる喜びが、私を前に進ませる原動力となっています。
まだペンを持つことができ、物を見ることもできるので、私はこれからも続けていきます。あと5年間戦いたいと思っています！
