You know. . . I think it would take him a while to warm up to them? Judas wouldn't have grown up with any pets so he's simply not sure how to act with them. But I bet after a while Fletch would catch him snuggling, kissing, and baby-talking to Gazpacho and be like π₯Ίπ₯Ίπ₯Ίπ₯Ί

I've never liked watching tragic real-life events as a movie/TV show. I never watched Titanic when it came out way back when because knowing what those people went through is horrible enough...didn't want to watch it happen.
