Tickly you are correct. The leader of the miss has access to the something Jitsu but would he be allowed to use it? Probably not not because he’s not strong enough. It’s just cause of politics. That’s the only reason the other clan will get a little bit angry about it and will be annoyed as much as he’s a asshole he’s not Matsu find a way to find somebody to summon going around the clans that’s a different question. He needs to train up in secret.

Great chapter. It's a surprise that Gengetsu didn't know about Matsu little trick, but he adapted fast. Ha! The reaction that Matsu stole jutsu from the Uchiha was awesome. I really hope Midori wins!

Great chapter !. Can't believe i only see it now. I feel spoiled with so many chapters in so little time. While tournament arcs are hard to write and sometimes they feel stale. There's a reason why they are class and can be one of the best arcs in every story. And you do a spectacular job! I cracked up at the reaction of Matsu telling Gengetsu that he copied jutsu from a Uchiha. Cant wait for the next one :)
