Doesn't look female to me but that probably because of age?...how old is she supposed to be
Rhaid
I honestly thought she was an original character, had never heard of her before.
Sea Bass
Yooo she looks cool

Probably because I haven't watched the anime. This is all new to me. I played pokemon red on my gameboy and saw the very first season of the anime. That's it. Haven't played or seen anything pokemon ever since, whenever new pokemon are mentioned I have to Google what they look like. I read this story because it brought back nostalgia while building upon a world I was once incredibly invested in.

What do you mean? She basically look identical to how she looks like in the anime
Jericho Rising
I did NOT expect that look, solid design choice though especially for a electric gym leader.

Looks good
