During my time away, I spent time connecting with different people and taking time for myself to heal mentally.
Meeting others instead of worrying alone has helped me a lot.
Thank you to everyone who worried about me and waited for me.
I’m not fully recovered yet, but I think I’ve found a small clue on how to better control my mindset.
I’ll continue focusing on my recovery and do my best so that I can return to my work with renewed energy.
