I don't really do hyper stuff specifically because for me, a big part of the sexiness is the fullness/straining aspect, if that makes sense. That's why I love details like popped belly buttons, veins, stretch marks, etc. So in my brain hyper content doesn't do much for me because it's not very realistic. I have done a little in the past though on a couple commissions, I'm not against it :)
