Hiya, apologies I am not able to do a refund. You are of course still able to get any of your benefits including custom damsels or high priority ticket submitted anytime moving forward! I'm sorry the quality wasn't enjoyable, as described the game is in early alpha and mostly a gallery of features as it moves forward. This is intended for early testers to try out a slowly updated demo, and support the game so it may move forward. The reason the subscription is high is due to the fact you went for the highest one available on first glance, I'm not sure if thats communicated correctly in other regions. The lowest plan is $4 USD which gets you access to the latest version. The version you subscribed for was 20$ USD which not only gives you access but benefits to add content to the game via ideas and custom damsel creation.

Hello, game developer. I downloaded and tried your game, but I didn't really like it. First of all, there were bugs in the game, and I didn't enjoy its features either, to be honest. My rating for the game is 3/10. I wasn't very impressed, sorry. Because of that, I left your Discord server and also canceled my subscription. Is it possible to get a refund for my purchase? I bought it yesterday, so can I get my money back? If not, it's okay. Also, your subscription plans are very expensive. I paid 145 DKK (Danish Krone), and yes, it's quite pricey.
