Thanks Joseph! I've only had 2 cups of coffee since posting the original text above, and have already started to feel better now that most of the caffeine is out of my system. Been standing more at my desk, and exercising more as well, which I'm sure helps. Thank you for your input, really appreciate it!

Thank you Angela! Appreciate it!

Appreciate the advice Hannes. Have been hydrating more and getting more minerals recently, and have already started to feel better. Thanks again for your input!

Thanks Laura! Will try to be more careful!

Dogen, I believe I have a very similar diet to you if I can remember correctly (I am “mostly” vegan) I get all the proper nutrients in this diet as well as I have about the same exercise routine as you and I used to get the same dizziness. For me it was %100 the green tea and coffee. For whatever reason even a small cup of coffee will give me nausea and dizziness these days same with the tea but I can have a lot more tea before I feel anything but still once I cut out the caffeine it went away. Also blood sugar levels and prolonged sitting I believe amplifies this but without the caffeine you should hopefully be good!

Thank you for all the effort you are putting in your content. You've been through a lot of stress lately, really hope you might be able to take some time off.

That dizziness seems reminiscent of potential mineral deficiencies, especially regular salt, possibly potassium. Dehydration often shows by the indirect lack of salt or other minerals first, long before the lack of water becomes a problem (depending on dietary styles). Frequent urination from caffeine flushes out minerals, so a steady supply would be good. Besides plain salt, you can broadly cover minerals by soaking a few spoons of different seeds in yogurt over night, add some berries for taste. That will cover minerals that potentially lack. Also, I'd recommend occasional caffeine tolerance resets (skipping all caffeine for 1-2 weeks).

Thank you for your hard work. Make sure you’re taking care of yourself and don’t stress too much about getting it out.
