Since Summoning Salt Patreon is per video, I think he first releases it on YouTube and makes sure there is no reason to change it or take it down. Once everything checks out, he then posts it here to trigger payment. Only a guess, but seems to make sense

These posts always go up after the release usually only a few days but the last one was also a few weeks. I don't mind, because if the quality went way down, it's plenty of time to cancel my sub here where I pay by the video. But if anything, quality is trending the opposite way so /shrug.
