Yes, that's not a bug, it's special feature, kind of animation, which is making flickering effect for bright places in image. This flickering present in default also (as a campfire flickering), but it less visible. If you find this distracting, just let me know and I will make version with static image =)

Really like this mod but I've noticed that it tends to flicker in the center of the screen.
