Hallo ^^ That’s a common issue/bug when you use an outdated WickedWhims version. I am now using the latest version of WickedWhims (Patreon Version - 183.3) with the updated Sims 4, so I can confirm that my animations work fine with the latest version (and the older versions too). Tenchuu!!
