Tier 3 & 4: October 31(Tuesday)
Tier 2: November 2
Tier 1(public): November 5
Still unsure about the name of the release, so there might be a poll about that(I think we had one already, but that was ages ago). Version number will also come later.
Changelog will be posted separately.

Maybe don't do these kind of release date posts? Seeing how these haven't worked out well in the last couple of years. Just release it when it is ready. No need to impose a deadline that needs to be met.
No, there's no version number yet, because I haven't decided on it.
