"Welsh" is very high in calories too. It's a northern France dish basically made of melted cheddar in beer, with bread, ham and egg

You can try legumineuses plants, full of calories. And prefer to eat fat fish and neat rather than white fish/white meat. Risotto with peas and lard or chorizo can be a good example. Salmon with pastas and cream. These kind of fattening foods 🐖
