Added “Better Hamper” Part, which includes the following Features: Hamper Capacity increased to 50 (default 20), Washing Clothes will empty all Hampers on the Lot and not only the one you clicked on.
“Auto Start Dry Wash Clothes” Part requires “Doing Laundry On Community Lots Costs Money” now.

Changes the Power/ Water Production of Solar Panels, Windturbines and Water Collectors 10x higher.
