Jamie & The Mall Elf
🕑 Added 2024-12-25 02:03:07 +0000 UTC“Are you lost, little boy?”
James was both relieved and embarrassed at the question.
He had been sent to the mall with a list of things to pick up, which is absolutely not where he wanted to be a few days before Christmas. In typical eighteen year old boy fashion, he wasn’t interested in shopping in the slightest. Granted, this wasn’t really shopping. Most of what he was there for had already been ordered; he just had to go to the desk and give his last name at a handful of stores. Even so, he was supposed to be enjoying his break, not wasting the afternoon doing errands.
That was precisely why his sister had dropped him off, or so he suspected. Their mother said it was so that Jenna could get some more unsupervised driving time, as she had recently gotten her license. It just also happened to conveniently leave James stuck without the ability to easily leave the mall. He could text a friend for a ride, but then he’d have to deal with the hassle of his parents being annoyed as well as explaining to said friend why he was stranded there in the first place.
Santa’s Workshop was placed rather close to the main entrance, no doubt to draw in as many people as possible. As James was walking past, he spotted a pretty brunette girl dressed as one of Santa’s elves. She looked to be around his age, and he couldn’t help but stare at her ass as she bent over to pick up something one of her coworkers dropped. The candy cane stockings she had on meant that he wasn’t actually going to get a view of anything, but he still checked her out as the skirt rode up from her movements.
Unfortunately, he wasn’t quick enough to avert his gaze. She turned to look at something in his general direction as she stood up, which ended up causing her to catch him in the act. He should have just belatedly looked away, or just fast-walked in the opposite direction. After all, she probably couldn’t leave her post if she was on the clock.
Meanwhile, she tilted her head, then strutted right up to him. James braced for the worst, his feet rooted to the floor from being busted for blatantly checking her out. Rather than berating him, however, the brunette gave him a smile. “Are you lost, little boy?”
James was pretty short and scrawny. He had to deal with his younger sister being nearly a half foot taller than him, and this wasn’t the first time he had been mistaken in such a way. Normally he’d correct the person right away, or pull out his ID if it were a place that had a minimum age for whatever. But in this instance, his size must have made it seem like he was aimlessly looking in the girl’s direction as a younger guy, rather than someone her age who had been staring at her ass.
“Umm, no,” he muttered, “I was just-”
“Where’s your mommy?” she asked, glancing around for a parent who wasn’t there, “Oh, did she drop you off here? She’s supposed to stick around until boys like you are signed in. What’s your name, cutie?”
Wait, how old did she think he was? He was used to being perceived as 14-15 in some settings, especially when he was dressed down like he currently was thanks to how he had only been planning on hanging out at home today. But the way this girl was talking to him made it sound like she assumed he was here to be babysat or something. “It’s James,” he said, “Look, I’m actually-”
“Oh!” she exclaimed, cutting him off again, “You’re Jamie. We’ve been expecting you. Come with me!” Just like that, she took his hand and began walking him towards the wintery workshop.
“Wait!” he replied, “I’m not-” This time, he cut himself off. It would sound ridiculous to insist that he wasn’t Jamie, when it was technically a nickname possibility of his name. At the same time, this girl clearly had him mixed up with some kid who had a similar name. He was also still caught in the same complicated balance as before, where he didn’t necessarily want her to know his real age. Then again, maybe enough time had passed that she wouldn’t be thinking about his stare any more; now, he’d just have to deal with the embarrassment of being perceived as whatever age she believed him to be. “I’m not that Jamie!” he finally blurted out, “I’m just here to run errands for my mom.”
“Mm hmm,” she giggled, “You’re just some other Jamie who was dropped off for Santa’s elves to take care of?”
“I wasn’t dropped off! I mean-” he hesitated. Well, he was dropped off by his sister, though he shouldn’t have stopped to clarify. It just made him sound like a boy who was making up stories.
“Trust me, Jamie, you’re not the first boy who thinks he’s too grown up for all this stuff.” She gave his hand a squeeze as they crossed the threshold into the overly decorated Christmas wonderland full of families, other elves, and a long line to see Santa. “I’m April, by the way. Tell you what? If you come do a quick orientation with me, I’ll take you to the front of the line afterwards.”
The name sounded vaguely familiar, but he definitely didn’t know her. As for the rest, he was too mature for everything he was surrounded with. And cutting in front of those who were lined up to see Santa wasn’t enticing to him in the slightest. “I’m not Jamie, I’m James,” he said, doing his best to explain while she walked him towards a door on the opposite side of the chaotic workshop. The only reason he was allowing her to tug him along was because he didn’t want to cause a scene. “I mean, I’m not that Jamie,” he continued, in case she thought he was just being finicky about his name, “Just- call his parents, okay?” If the Jamie she was expecting wasn’t here, then he would have to be on his way.
“Hmm. You mean, you just happened to be standing by Santa’s Workshop, and I should actually be looking for a different Jamie?” April repeated his explanation back to him. It sounded a lot worse when she framed it like that, even if that was the truth. “Okay. I can give your mommy a call, if you want. But only if you behave like a good little boy. Deal?”
He blushed at how she was talking down to him, yet reluctantly muttered, “Deal.” A single phone call should do it, even if she was using the offer as a way to call his ‘bluff.’ Then the brunette would realize that she had mistaken him for someone else, and he could get back to the shopping he was supposed to be doing.
April led him through the door and down the short hallway behind it, ultimately taking him to an office that seemed to double as a storage room. “What are you, a boys’ medium?” she asked. Letting go of his hand, she opened a nearby box and pulled out a white t-shirt that said CANDY CANE CREW in large red letters, complete with a couple smiling candy canes beneath. “Here, try this on.”
“Umm, why?” he asked. Technically he was a boys’ large, though generally opted for adult small whenever possible. At the moment, the size mattered less than the immature t-shirt itself.
“Because you said you would behave,” April simply said, “And that’s what little helpers like yourself get to wear when you visit Santa’s Workshop. Come on, get changed. Once you’re dressed for your stay here, we can call your mommy.”
She wasn’t going to give him some privacy? Not that changing shirts was that big of a deal. “Fine,” he said. Taking the shirt and turning around to peel off his own, he then pulled on the childish tee. It fit for the most part, though it was a little tight. Rather than complaining, he just moved on, “Now, can you call her?”
“Patience, Jamie,” she replied. While he had been facing the opposite direction, she had retrieved a manilla folder from nearby. “I just need to check your diapers. Then you’ll be all set.”
For a second, he just stood there in stunned/confused silence. He hadn’t misheard her, right? It was only when she took a step forward that he insisted, “I told you, I’m not that Jamie. I’m not wearing- I don’t need those.” The word alone was too embarrassing to say, and he was still partially in disbelief that she believed him to be so much younger and less mature than he actually was.
“You’re not wearing diapers?” April asked, “Jamie, I have your file right here. What happens if you have an accident and you don’t have the proper protection? Look, I know plenty of boys your age who still wear diapers; it’s nothing to be ashamed of.”
“I’m not that Jamie!” he repeated, “Just call his mom and she’ll tell you.”
April didn’t respond right away. She quietly set the folder down and crossed her arms, letting the silence linger after his frustrated outburst. “We had a deal, Jamie,” she finally said, “I’m only calling your mommy once you’re dressed for your stay here. That includes diapers. Why don’t you take your pants off and lie down on the floor? I should have something in here that fits you. We have every size of everything; you’d be surprised how many little boys like you spill on themselves, have accidents, whatever while visiting Santa’s Workshop. That’s why elves like me are equipped to help!”
“Fuck, no,” Jamie scoffed, “I’m not doing that.” Did she seriously expect him to strip down and get in position to be . . . diapered? Absolutely not. He wasn’t even supposed to be here.
Unfortunately, swearing wasn’t the right approach. “JAMIE.” The brunette’s friendly attitude disappeared as she began berating him. “You naughty little boy! That is not appropriate language for the North Pole, or anywhere else for that matter. Now, I’m going to count to three. You better have those pants off and be lying down by the time I get there. One . . . ”
James wanted to argue. He wanted to scream that this was all some big misunderstanding. But in a flash, it was like he really was a kid again. The only time he had ever been treated like this was by his parents, when he was younger and in trouble. It didn’t matter that he was halfway through his senior year and way too old for any of this; the way April snapped at him left him completely off balance, and the ‘count to three’ tactic was surprisingly effective years later.
“Okay, okay!” he exclaimed. He scrambled to unbutton his jeans, which were not ideal for hastily undressing. After undoing the zipper, he yanked them down as quickly as he was able, blushing at how his boxers briefly rode down before he managed to catch them before exposing himself. Of course, diapers meant that April was going to see him either way. At the moment, however, he was just racing the clock she had put on him. Kicking his shoes off, not bothering with the laces, he fully removed the denim from his ankles.
“Two and a half . . . ” she said, with all kinds of warning in her tone.
He tossed the pants away and practically threw himself to the ground, belatedly feeling the cool air of the room on his now bare legs. Was this really happening? A few minutes ago, he was walking through the mall; now, he was bottomless with some elf girl who refused to listen to him.
April gave him a smile, her stern demeanor softening now that he was behaving again. “That’s better, Jamie. Wait right there, okay?” She walked to the other side of the room and started looking through a stack of plastic storage boxes.
As for James, he didn’t have much of a choice. Running away would require putting on his jeans that were now inside-out, and getting his shoes back onto his feet wouldn’t be nearly as efficient as how he had removed them.
“Found them!” April chirped, “These will totally fit you.” She held up a pack of diapers that were youth sized, as if it was good news that she found padding that worked for a teenager. Coming back over and kneeling down in front of him, she said, “Alright, Jamie. I need you to be a big boy and hold still for me. I’m going to take these off. There’s no need to be embarrassed; I do this all the time.” With that, she reached forward and gripped his boxers.
He wasn’t sure what he expected. It wasn’t as the padding would go over his underwear. It was more that James hadn’t really been hit with the reality of the coming part, until he was seconds away from being fully exposed below the waist.
“Wait!” James tried to grab the waistband of the boxers, but the damage was already done. April had given one hard tug, which was apparently enough to work the fabric out from between the floor and his backside. He ended up course correcting and covering his crotch instead, not wanting the attractive girl to see his manhood in this rather un-sexy situation. Also, the chilly room wasn’t doing him any favors down there.
“You’re fine, Jamie,” she said, “The sooner you’re in diapers, the sooner we can call your mommy and check in with her.”
As if the impending padding was bad enough, he also had to deal with the continued use of ‘Jamie’ and ‘mommy,’ neither of which were ideal. He wasn’t actually the little boy she kept referring to him as!
And yet, April was diapering him. Given the choice between being half naked and covering with the babyish padding, James opted for the latter. As soon as April realized her mistake, James planned on changing back to the clothes he arrived in.
He continued to blush throughout the process. First, when he finally ended up having to bare his crotch to the girl, who didn’t react in the slightest to his exposure. Next, when she slid the diaper underneath him and proceeded to tape it up nice and tight. And then, when she did the same thing with a second diaper. “Just in case, Jamie,” she said, as if this wasn’t the most mortifying thing that ever happened to him.
When James was finally allowed to stand up, wearing nothing but the diapers and the candy cane t-shirt, all he could focus on was the bulk between his legs. Both the unfamiliar sensation that came with every movement, as well as the faint crinkling sound. “Now can you call her?” he asked, trying his best to sound calm despite how embarrassed he was.
“If you ask politely!” April replied. She set the remaining diapers on the desk and picked up the manilla folder with the other Jamie’s information on it, dictating what ‘polite’ meant to her. “How about, ‘Please call my mommy, Elf April.’”
Regardless of what she thought he was trying to achieve with this phone call, the prompted words were painfully patronizing for a guy who had cringed pretty much every time April used more kid-friendly language. The only reason he entertained her ‘suggestion’ was because he was so close to ending this. “Please call Jamie’s mommy, Elf April,” he said, only rebelling against the word that would have made it sound like he was the boy she assumed he was.
“Hmm, I suppose you’ve earned it,” she said, “Okay, wait right here and be a good little boy. I’ll be right back!” April then scooped up the clothes he had removed, shoes included, leaving him alone in the office/storage room.
Wait- He thought she was just going to call the number right then and there, rather than stepping out into the hall to do so. And did she really have to take his clothes? Actually, James had to admit there was some logic to that; while he wasn’t who April thought he was, he absolutely would have changed back if given the opportunity to do so.
Now that he was thinking about his clothes, James quietly swore to himself. For fuck’s sake. His phone and his wallet were in his jeans. He should have just shown April his driver’s license. This whole thing just started in a way where he purposely didn’t correct her at first, and he had been so flustered since being taken back here that he hadn’t considered proving his identity that way. At the same time, the phone call was maybe better in the grand scheme of things. If April learned he was eighteen now, he would probably die of embarrassment.
What was taking so long?
A phone call should only take a minute or two, even if each passing minute felt like an eternity as he paced back and forth in the double diapers. Maybe April was trying to figure out what to do after learning the Jamie she was expecting was still on the way? After all, that meant she had dragged some random boy into Santa’s Workshop, failing to listen to him every step of the way.
April finally came back into the room, where she immediately trained her phone’s camera on him and began snapping a series of photos. Her volume was on, so he could easily hear each and every picture being taken.
“What are you doing?!” he demanded, while throwing his hands over the diapers. There was only so much he could do to cover, plus she had already gotten plenty of good shots thanks to the element of surprise.
“You really don’t recognize me, do you?” she smirked, “Middle school wasn’t that long ago, Jamie.”
April. She was that April.
She rolled her eyes upon seeing the flash of realization on his face. “Took you long enough. You and your friends thought it was so funny to make fun of the short girl. It looks like only one of us has grown up since then.”
Right. He remembered now that she was spelling it out for him, but that was forever ago. April transferred to a different school at the end of 6th grade, and of course James hadn’t recognized her over five years later. With a body like that, in a costume/setting like this, and a girl he hadn’t thought about since at least high school? “Come on, April. Delete those!” Aside from her phone, the girl’s hands were empty. “Where are my clothes?” Clearly this had been a set-up. There was no ‘Jamie,’ which meant he had allowed his former classmate to see him naked and dress him like this for no reason.
“You’re whining like a little boy,” she giggled, “And you look like a little boy. Seriously, have you grown at all since we were twelve? And didn’t anyone ever teach you it’s not appropriate to stare at a girl’s ass?”
Looks like she had caught him in the act. Obviously, if she knew who he really was this whole time. “Look, April-”
“Hush, Jamie.” Just like that, she did the same trick of pivoting to a more stern tone/expression. “Here’s what we’re going to do. Stop covering, and give me a big smile. Do it, or I send the pictures I already have to everyone I know. We may go to different schools, but there’s still some overlap. Trust me. I even have the numbers of some of our old classmates.”
James didn’t know what else to do. This was so much worse than her assuming he was some boy who had been dropped off at Santa’s Workshop. Those photos would spread like wildfire, unless he played along. So he reluctantly did as he was told, dropping his arms and giving the best smile he could muster under the circumstances.
Apparently that wasn’t enough. “I said a BIG smile, Jamie,” April urged him, “You’re part of the Candy Cane Crew. You look so cute in those diapers. Come on, smile like you mean it.”
Swallowing his pride, James took a second to find the energy he usually reserved for family photos that no one liked to take. He forced a more cheerful smile, trying to ignore the bulky padding between his thighs all the while.
April snapped a few more pictures, then examined the latest ones before letting him relax. “Much better,” she said, “Now, I didn’t call your mommy, but I did track down your sister’s number. Like I said, overlap. If I can get a friend of a friend of a friend to send Jenna’s number back down the line to me, just imagine what those girls would do with you looking so happy to be wearing diapers.”
James was right back to covering after the pic, and had no idea what to expect next. Hopefully, nothing. “Look, you had your fun,” he muttered, “Just delete all that, and give me my clothes back.”
“I don’t think you’re in any position to be making demands,” April said, “Anyway, Jenna’s on the way. Speaking of you being a little boy, it’s so cute that she dropped you off at the mall. She didn’t want to turn around and come right back, but I convinced her that it would be worth it. Don’t you think your sister would get a kick out of this?”
“You can’t!” he exclaimed. Jenna couldn’t see him like this. He’d never live it down, plus she would almost certainly start snapping photos of her own if he was still in this mortifying get-up.
“I can,” she smirked, “How about this? Do one more little thing for me, and I’ll forgive you for middle school. Deal?”
That’s what this was all about. An opportunity for revenge that had fallen into April’s lap when she and James met eyes. “What thing?” he hesitantly asked. His house wasn’t that far from the mall, so he only had so long before Jenna would be here.
“First, squat down,” April said. When he started to ask ‘why,’ she simply started counting to three again.
Though she knew his real age, the trick still worked when he was at her mercy. “Okay, fine,” he huffed. Doing what she said, he dropped to a squat. After lying down for the diapers, this was at least tolerable by comparison.
“Such a well behaved little boy,” April teased, “Here’s the deal, Jamie. I want your diapers nice and full by the time your sister arrives. You’re going to shit yourself, right now.”
“What? No!” James snapped. She couldn’t possibly be serious. That was taking things way too far.
She just shrugged. “Okay. Then I guess you want everyone to see you looking so happy to be wearing diapers?”
Of course not. “No! April-”
“It’s up to you, Jamie,” she said, “But if you haven’t used your diapers before Jenna gets here, I’m going to choose for you.”
He was actually considering it. Objectively, the more disgusting option was the better one. Going in the diapers on purpose would keep his reputation intact, at the cost of humiliating himself in front of a girl he’d probably never see again. The longer he delayed, the less time there would be to get cleaned up and changed before Jenna showed up. Just because it was preferable between two bad options, however, didn’t mean it was easy. Overcoming years of potty training, as well as how he always had privacy when he was relieving himself in such a way, was going to be quite the task.
“Well?” April asked. She was already taller than him, but her height was a lot more intimidating now that he was squatting below her. “What’s it going to be?”
James blushed all over again as he caved and said that he would try. The look of satisfaction on her face tempted him to immediately reconsider. And yet, he stayed in position, accepting that one awful instance of degrading himself was the tradeoff for the months of teasing he had put her through when they were younger.
As expected, it didn’t come easily. While squatting was more conducive for such an act, there was still the mental block there. That, and the fact that this was sprung on him when he didn’t necessarily have to go. He gave a few tentative pushes, unable to actually commit.
“Better hurry, Jamie,” April said, “Your sister will be here any minute. You know what happens then . . . ” She held up her phone, hovering her thumb over the ‘send’ button.
“No, don’t!” he exclaimed. Knowing he was running out of time, James dropped into a slightly lower squat and pushed as hard as he could. Between his exertion and the way he settled into the proper position, that’s all it took. He could feel the sensation that was normally exclusive to when he was sitting on a toilet, and almost instantly regretted caving to April’s demands.
A solid log pushed itself out, pushing against the padding and curling downwards until it pinched off and gravity took over. Maybe he could’ve stopped there, if his legs weren’t spread apart so much. Another gross chunk followed, which gave way to a natural wetting. His cheeks were crimson, and he couldn’t bring himself to meet April’s eyes as the telling hissing sound could easily be heard by both of them in the otherwise quiet of the cluttered office.
As for the worse of the two ‘accidents,’ the vengeful brunette had already caught a whiff of that as well. “Eww, Jamie! Are you pooping in your diapers??” she exclaimed. “You naughty little boy!”
He remained quiet, absolutely mortified as he continued peeing. The diapers did their job, keeping everything contained, but also clung to him in the most uncomfortable way while gradually starting to sag from the combination.
Just as the stream was slowing to a trickle, someone knocked on the door.
“Jenna? Is that you?” April called through to the other side.
“Yeah,” Jenna replied, “April, right?”
“Come on in!” she exclaimed.
“No!!” James shouted, but it was too late. April was already opening the door, and Jenna was stepping inside. He was still getting out the last few drops, and completely froze in panic as his sister came into view. There wasn’t anywhere to hide and, even if there was, he wouldn’t have time to do so before Jenna laid eyes on him.
Jenna crinkled her nose as she left the clean air of the hallway and was hit with the scent of what James had recently done. “What-” That’s about as far as she got before she saw her brother squatting across from her in a diaper. She froze for a completely different reason, eyes wide as she processed through the surprise, confusion, and a myriad of other emotions. “James? What the fuck are you doing?”
April was more than happy to answer for him. “He just pooped and peed in his diapers,” she said, “Your little brother is a real naughty boy. I caught him staring at my ass, he used some bad words earlier, and he keeps whining about how he wants me to call his mommy.”
James was absolutely dumbfounded. All of that was true to some degree, but she was completely twisting the facts and making it sound so bad. “You said- you said you wouldn’t-” he stammered, nervously glancing back and forth between the two girls. Covering the padding with his hands, as if that would do anything for him at this point, he started to stand up.
“All I said was that I would forgive you for middle school,” April pointed out, “And sure, I forgive you. Now you’re Jenna’s problem. I do have a job here, you know. I’ve basically spent my whole break on you.”
Meanwhile, Jenna was still processing. She had clearly been given no warning about any of this, aside from whatever piqued her interest enough to drive back and actually come inside. It was probably a lot to take in, coming in blind. “But . . . how?” she asked, mostly staring at the diapers.
“I have my ways,” April smiled, “Hey, if it’s too much, you can go. I don’t mind handing him off to someone else. But literally every girl I know gets annoyed by their older brothers; I figured Jamie’s sister would be the same.”
“I mean,” Jenna paused, giving him another hard look, “No, I can take him. Has he just been wearing this?” At the moment, she was impossible to read. Was she going to take advantage of this opportunity, or let him off the hook once this was over?
April nodded. “Mm hmm. I can give you his things, but I doubt his jeans will fit over his diapers.
“Aww, poor Jamie!” she giggled.
That wasn’t a good sign. Just like that, James knew which way his sister was leaning as she gradually wrapped her head around what was going on.
“No, he deserves it,” April said, “He used to bully me, you know? For being short. Ironic, I know. Oh, Jamie? One more thing.” She took a step closer and turned her phone around, showing him the screen. “I accidentally hit ‘send.’ Oops!”
His eyes widened as he saw a picture of his diapered self on a group chat, as evidenced by the string of messages from various people before it. “NO.” He reached for the phone, as if having it in his possession would magically undo the damage of the text she had just sent. “That’s not fair! You can’t! That’s not FAIR!!!” His emotions got the better of him, and he stomped his foot in frustration as April pulled the phone out of reach, smirking at his reaction.
“See?” she said, glancing towards his sister, “He may pretend to be a big boy, but he’s nothing but a whiny little baby.”
“Jamie!” Jenna snapped, though there was a hint of a smile behind her stern tone, “You’re causing a scene. Come on. Let’s get your things, and then we’re going.” She took his hand, then paused as she thought of something fun. “Aren’t you going to thank the nice young lady for taking care of you?”
“That’s right,” April teased, “What do you say, baby?”
He looked back and forth between the two tall girls, feeling smaller than ever as they presented a united front. It wasn’t fair. But asserting that again would only make him sound more immature. Still in disbelief that April had screwed him over despite everything he had done to appease her, the last thing he wanted to do was thank her for what she had put him through. But if he didn’t say it, there was a good chance he’d be stuck here until he did.
So, deeply blushing as he stood there in sagging diapers, Jamie begrudgingly muttered, “Thank you.”
“You’re very welcome, Jamie.” She stepped forward again, this time wrapping her arms around him and pulling him in for an awkward hug. Her lower hand gripped the diapers, where she proceeded to push the padding and the mess within against his ass, rubbing it all around.
His uncomfortable squirming did little to prevent her final ‘gift’ to him, and she rounded out the experience by murmuring in his ear, “We’re even, little boy. Merry Christmas!”
