Bloonarius Alpha - now with menus!

This may be the last preview release however, as we are reaching the end of whats possible by hacking the bloon engine. We had some other ideas - such as the ability for Bloonarius to 'burp/roar', causing all bloons and towers to be shot out the left side of the screen - but in testing it proved far to difficult a feature to add for such little gain.
In this case - we have added a little tooltip that appears when you launch the map as a quick reminder of the gimmicks you'll encounter. I thought it would be useful to have in case people start sharing around the mapfile and have no idea wtf is going on. Some minor improvements to the screen darkening code has been added too. Apologies if the menus might have some fugly whitelining. Game does not play nice with these new assets.

Also, I'm taking ideas for what the map should be called for the final release. I actually kind of like Bloonarius Alpha after so long cause it plays on the Bloonarius Prime mapname, but I'm open if anyone else has any suggestions.
