The questline starts with her at the library, talk to her and choose the yellow text option Not sure why you have 2 spare keys for Naira, must've encountered some kind of bug

not sure if i bugged the game but i seem to have 2 spare keys for Naira's room and can't seem to find the quest line to enter Nefari's room as i have a surveillance cam and am at lvl 33 with her
