I probably should have a strict schedule for work indeed, but it never works for me...or at least it doesn't seem like it! xD I am like "Okay, lunch is over, now I can work for a good 5 hours before dinner" And then I get distracted by videos or anything else for 4 hours or something until it's one hour before eating and it's like, "can't concentrate on work when I know I'll have to stop in an hour" sort of thing, lmao I do think it should work if I were strict on how I apply it, like maybe cutting my internet access with an app for the set hours or something, but I kinda dun like the sound of that xD
