Calambres, hinchazón y tan llena – alivio íntimo en mi panza

My partner sat behind me and started rubbing gently, warm hands moving slowly over my aching stomach. I just closed my eyes and let out a soft sigh. The pain was still there, but their touch eased it — like it was letting out some of the pressure. My belly shifted with every stroke, and even though it hurt, there was something… comforting about feeling this full and being taken care of at the same time.
