C'mon guys. He's seen Good Will hunting, but it's such a good movie, especially from a mental health point of view. We need to hear his thoughts on it. The main reason for this is to get a glimpse into the mental health of these characters, of these people, not just to see his reaction to movies/shows we like.

Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth reacting to something you’ve already seen. I follow a lot of reactors on Patreon and some do non-first-time reactions, but even if you think you’ve forgotten most of a movie, that info is still in your head. As you watch, you start remembering bits, and it just isn’t a true first-time reaction anymore. I know for me personally — and probably for a lot of others too — the appeal is seeing that genuine first-time reaction to a movie, because once you’ve seen it before, you’re no longer discovering it you’re just remembering it.

While there's probably more insight on the characters of the said movie if Tom were to see it again, I think people prefer to see blind reactions more. Same goes here in my opinion. Could always do a kind of a "review reaction" video of a movie you'd seen before too maybe

No the joy with reactions is getting the first reactions to characters and scenes, it feels like showing a movie you like to a friend, if that friend had seen that movie it feels like a waste of time imo

I think you’re one of the rare reactors who gets a pass on this because of the educational perspective you bring. We all grew up watching the same movies, so overlap is inevitable! No need to preclude things on our behalf.
