You are Enough
🕑 Added 2021-02-25 01:16:32 +0000 UTCWarning: This file potentially undoes a lot of other programming that's been done in other files. I don't recommend this one for those of you on that intense muscle track.
You are enough. Finally and fully enough for yourself. Do away with those feelings of insufficiency and self-loathing and recognize that you are more than sufficient for yourself. You don't owe anyone anything. You don't have to change for anyone. You are truly and finally enough, and its time you realized that about yourself.
This file is a great self-help file, much like my old Anti-Anxiety file. I think this is the best usage of the Zenith induction.
