CW// Mental illness, Degradation, Inadequacy, steroids, ruining one's life, muscular obsession.
(I'll be honest gang, this one will fuck you up. I don't think most or anyone should use it)
Bigorexia is a Body Dysmorphic disorder where the subject constantly thinks about building muscle, often to the detriment of their personal self-image and their daily lives.
This file will fuck you up irreparably. You will lose yourself, your interests, your connections.
But trust and believe you will grow and gain muscle with this mindset.
Its all a matter of whether you're willing to make that trade off.
I know what I would do.
Buyer beware.
