🕑 Added 2018-09-03 07:28:45 +0000 UTC Hey all, I usually try and keep my posts positive but not sure how to do so with this one. It recently came to my attention that someone had shared the Hay Fever comic online, as ive seen it shared on tumblr. This of course hit me quite hard, I knew that there was the potential of patreon content getting shared but I wasn't expecting it this soon. I rely on Patreon to help me pay bills, rent, food and such, those of you that know me know that I'm currently working 3 jobs to get by, and I would love to be able to focus more on the creative jobs I actually love. The Tumblr post in question is gaining lots of notes, which of course shows the potential of how much income has been lost in the process. I'm posting this as a simple plea, to please not share outside of my patreon page, I don't make the art exclusive to patreon to exclude anyone or be a dick, I do it because it gives me the opportunity to do more of the work I love doing, and to work with the awesome community and pledgers like you. I absolutely love every one and anyone that has pledged here, and it hurts me that it's happened, unfortunately I can't find any way to find out who did it, but I would only ever want to talk to the person to make my own case known. Hey there William, thanks so much for your support first of all, it is truly, massively appreciated! Since I posted this the artwork has been removed and the user who had posted it has come forward to apologise, the artwork was shared with him and he was unaware of the fact that it was from a patreon page. He admitted his mistake and apologised, so i'm super happy about that. You are super right though that it shouldn't have been shared in the first place, someone who originally shared it knew exactly where it came from, which is what still sucks.

Greeting from WV! I'm a new supporter for your work and I would just like to say that this blatant disregard for an artists privacy to their art is appalling. I've seen in the past some other creators have experienced this and it's just wrong. The way I see it is we are here to support artists and their work that we love and would like to see more of. We are SUPPORTERS of these works and that does not give the authority to share this work like we have ANY rights to it. Whatever happened to asking permission? Sorry for the long rant but it just pushes my buttons. Hope this doesn't happen again for you. Let's Gooo Mounaineers! Lol

Heya, I saw this posted yesterday and it did strike me as a bit odd. I'm sorry this has happened and hopefully the one who posted it respects your work as an artist on here and does not do it again.
