I totally agree with you it blends correctly having like a mix with her modern and classic color palette. oh and is not actually a skirt , those are pants skirts, just the front is a skirt. I belive no one had did this costume because of how hard was to rig those.

Aw hell yeah, this is actually one of my favourite canon outfits for her. The white skirt blends well with her colours and still stands out.
