It seems like there's a bug with Graphics Mod where the auto focus doesn't kick in until you go into the Post Processing section of the Graphics Mod settings. So if you use Graphics Mod and any of the camera angles are fuzzy, please try the above.

Graphics Modの設定でPost Processingの項目に入るまでオートフォーカスが効かないというバグがあるようです。もし、Graphics Modを使用していて、カメラアングルがぼやけてしまう場合は、上記を試してみてください。
