If you read the front page of my Fanbox, you'd see that it clearly states you'll get scene data. I make it pretty clear that you need specific things to enjoy the scene data. I don't state anywhere that you'll get any videos. It's really not that complicated. Fanbox doesn't have any way to issue refunds to you.
