Yeah it would be cool. I think Weiss and Blake being partners and having some hate-love relationship between them would be quite funny. Both having sheltered Ojou-sama personalities and having much similarities due to it so they should be best friends right. Them having similar interests and experiences and talking to each other happily and being invested in their talks in one moment and then remembering the other one being their arc nemesis have some potential for a short story
