Good, yeah, but it was like he was marking her. Maybe that was the bandit in him talking, but fuck it.
He collapsed next to her on the bed. He felt drained in more ways than one. Summer moaned weakly and cuddled up against him, lips curled up in a satisfied smile. Qrow laughed under his breath and pulled her close, enjoying how warm and soft she felt against him. The two of them just lay there for a while, basking in the afterglow and each other's presence. That was another thing he'd never had before. His 'friends' at Beacon didn't cuddle. Once they both got off, it was straight to cleaning up and pretending like it never happened.
"Finally..." Summer murmured.
"Huh? Wazzat, Shorstack?"
"I said 'finally'." She looked up at him with a weak glare, "You have any idea how nervous I was? I planned all this out and I was worried that you'd say no or still think this was a devious plan Rae set up."
"Come on, you can't blame me!"
"Yeah, I can! How can one guy be so cocky but still be blind to the fact that someone's pining for him for four years?" She huffed, "I guess I'll give you some credit. Thought for sure you'd come up with something stupid like the fact that I'm only fucking you 'cause I'm so heartbroken over Tai choosing Rae over me."
"...Is that what-"
"Qrow!"
"I'm kidding! It was a joke!" He laughed as Summer playfully slapped at him. He pulled her close again and smirked at her annoyed pout, "Look...I'm sorry for being a dumbass. Forgive me?"
"...Fine, but only cause you're cute." She smiled, "Now hug me tighter. I demand cuddles as payback."
"Sure, sure." He put his nose against her hair and closed his eyes. Today was a hell of a day.
