If a bolt cutter has a safety manual, it should have a separate line stating that you have to be careful enough not to accidentally cut off your own balls... It's not like the kitty stole the manual either, so let's hope he knows what he's doing. Otherwise, he risks being a lot closer to a sex change than he'd like... =D
