This week target numbers were halved because I took three days off from rendering. I reached that halved target. I could do more, but yesterday I finished a 3rd scene and was out of work. The fourth scene required some preparations before I could start posing, and it was already the end of the week and time to write this report. So I spend the last day of the week preparing the environment for the next scene.
It's been four weeks since I started working on the next update. There are a few days before the end of the month, but, as of now, month target is reached. I've exceeded numbers I set up, but only by a small margin. It looked like it could be much more in the middle of the month, but three days off and that second scene took its toll.
Three scenes were done this month, 2 big and 1 small.
I still spend way more images to depict scenes than I should. I guess I don't want to make them look too static and abrupt. Yet this is the way to increase production pace and stop having those big scenes my hardware can barely deal with.
If you shoot the scene from one angel, you don't care what's behind the scene, you don't have to care about lighting being consistent within a scene. You just need to get lighting right for one specific shot and that's it.
Anyway, I'll keep you posted on where this train of thought will take me.
There finally will be a preview next week, and also an asset poll.
