There won't be a need for a patch, as we're making the game Adults Only from the getgo; I'll have a post about that tomorrow. However, even before we did that, you would have been able to download the patch, on Steam, one click away from the SFW version, on the same site; no hacking or damage to your computer needed :) Additionally, many other websites we're selling on also will have the game in its original form, without need of a patch or anything else.

I hate having to patch things it almost never works out right Patch = hacking Last 5 things i had to patch stopped working completely I did not back the game to have to hack it myself anyways that's a risk that i don't want to take That is one of the reasons people pirate the games so the patches are already installed

Is there a way to give an option for buyers on steam to get the uncensored version, while keeping it without any nudity on the steam site? That way, it can appear SFW on steam, but with people the ability to "opt in" to the sexual content

I think you could replace pervy content with comedy. Imagine a big goofy drop-down sign with various silly messages obscuring or replacing the H content. Simple, quick to code and draw, and provides a holdover/substitute for the missing content.

Considering how steam seems to be randomly striking down h games with no warning or reason, I think it would best to play it safe and just not include them in the public release. Though they may just strike you down anyway...

i just saw the current trailer, and unless you're gonna do a more detailed on later one, i think a little peak at the NSFW is more of a enticing idea. all the other nsfw games have done it, and it gives viewers what no nothing more of a understanding of what to expect in the game.

I am for the motion of keeping the sex scenes in the game, just pixelated. It still gives gamers the option to experience the game, but with some aspects of the NSFW, including all the awesome voice work.

I think the gameplay is good enough that you could list it with no sexual content and it would still sell. Doing so would also let you sidestep the sexual-content-block that Steam's search engine has on by default.

I believe that keeping them in the game pixiliated and making sure that people know that they are there would be better. If the process of wiping them completely out ends up requiring you all to do more work than necessary causing more stress on you as the dev team then I wholeheartedly believe you guys should do which option leads to the best result for you all

I'll agree that - as long as the full game, nudity, sex scenes, et al remains a "free upgrade" - I would have no qualms about a PG-13 version that would let you guys reach a wider audience and reap the benefits of your hard work. <3

People that don't want sex scenes probably don't mean "i just don't want to see the lewd bits". So i think neutering the sex scenes is teh only option really.

I think you've got enough of actual gameplay that you could interest people who DON'T like NSFW stuff into buying and playing the public version of the game. Anyone who wants that kind of thing is going to be getting the uncensored patch, regardless of the state of the public version.
