- You switched to a new tier this month or last month than the one you were previously at
- You're a new pledger to the Patreon from October up until now
- You've never gotten a reward email from us before for the tier you're at now

Note that this isn't an email about getting a game demo; this is specifically to ask you things like what name you want in the credits ($5), what name you want in the background ($10) and so on, or a link to things like the soundtrack, audio pack, editor, etc.

I'm sorry to hear you're not enjoying the demos, but they are meant as tech demos, not as full demos. If we did demos of quality level equal to the Electric Demo for each level, the amount of extra work that would add to the project due to having to remake content each month would extend the completion date of the game out into 2025, instead of May 2020 as it is now. All that said, I've messaged you to setup your refund, so check your inbox when you can and I'll get that started :)

Gotta be honest when i started my pledge i really enjoyed your game, each demo has less playable content, and more annoying game play, honestly wish i could get my money back at this point cause i feel like its been a waste and its no where near what it was actually going to be. i wish you luck on your en-devour.
