That bottom right room was a pain to get into, way more than the bottom left, but I managed both, lol.

oh ok thank you!

Same situation; you can't play as Vie, but unfortunately she won't be playable in Faye's game, either, especially given how powerful Vie is (making maps for her would be impossible since she can go anywhere at any time, and crippling her abilities somehow within the game's storyline would make no sense either :P)

ok thank you! oh one more thing, does that vie is also be able to control later?

The Future Fragments Team

You'll be able to play as Faye in the sequel, but you can't play as her here unfortunately!

can i control faye? and i reached the left room in the first room when i first joined u told me to tell you so

Yeah, if you want a better idea of how we treat the players; Triangulate, Frouge and I generally go with "majority rules" for any significant or even smaller changes to the game, or additions, or so on. So if Frouge and I really want something badly in the game, but Triangulate is on the fence about it, then he'll generally compromise and let us put that thing in the game, and same for if Frouge and Triangulate really want it but I'm so-so about it, etc. (Each of us though gets veto power if the thing we're adding has to do with our respective areas; for example, if we want something in there art-wise that would just be a nightmare to do or look awful, Triangulate can just go "nope, not doing it" and it won't be done. Same for me with the storyline or character personalities or level design, and same for Frouge with programming. This only works because we rarely do this; I think each of us have used that maybe 5-6 times in the entire time we've worked together.) Getting back to the point though, if one of us is against something, another for it, and the third on the fence/neutral about it, that's when we generally have polls/comments/feedback from the players come into play to be the effective "tiebreaker voter". In the history of the game, we've probably done this 10 times. There's also comments from players that sometimes have a really great idea we didn't think of at all, that not only doesn't hurt the game's quality but instead increases it, doesn't screw up the vision of the game, and so on (like Orexius with the Teepee Trap, and a comment of his indirectly influencing the televisions in the Ice Level being set to porn for the Celodst), so we add it into the game and generally credit them in a special thanks place in the credits if they're okay with that. To date, this has happened around 10 or so times also.

We'll try our best to :D and I read all the comments for sure!

It's nice to see my own comment and those of other fans addressed so eloquently, so thanks for that. But I do agree strongly with whoever cautioned against listening to your fanbase too much.

Yay, dev noticed my comment. And better yet, your feedback to the survey and those comments? Rational and good answers specially in relation to the dark content, to fan input and the dialogue. Keep up the good work.

Hmm. Interesting. I don't know all that much about gender separation in the story, somewhat on purpose, so I can see the story and world unravel in one piece from start to end, although I did catch something about the Worm rules just from being in contact with the demos. Anyway, if there was anything like that, I'd like it as some additional polish. This is all just theoretical speculation from me of course. There were females in databanks, so maybe some quarantined rebel prisoners for testing of all the new toys made in the factory are not that too far off too theoretically XD *imagines interrogating for intel from a rebel strapped to a machine and faints*

The Future Fragments Team

We're not 100% sure what we want to do with Vie's scenes, but given her circumstances yeah, we've been leaning towards something like this!

The Future Fragments Team

Ah, that sort of thing actually animated with NPCs is something we MIGHT do, but we don't have any current plans for; we're mainly keeping sex animations and such to the main characters (especially since there's no women in this facility per gender separation in facilities, etc.) That said, we're not totally against adding it later on as a bit of polish or something like that, possibly in a picture databank!

I dont know if it's the right place here, but I just gonna have to share it: The moment I read about Vie's ability to digitize herself this particular picture popped into my mind: https://danbooru.donmai.us/cached/data/__kusanagi_motoko_ghost_in_the_shell_drawn_by_junny__3b7477874742a71227269d187bbebd9e.jpg Of course it's up to you guys, but it would seem like a nice opportunity for Vie to literally being "brainfucked" :3 Anyways I love your game!

bigtotoro

Oh ok of course :) I do remember something like that from the fire demo yes. But it is something different to read about it and actually see it. PS: I meant horrible fate of the fate worse than death H kind, not death :) I mean like female NPCs in cells, restrained to machines / stuck to walls, etc.

The Future Fragments Team

Vie, due to many reasons, will only get a few sex cutscenes in the entire game, unfortunately. She'll definitely have a few, though! As far as other characters meeting their own bad ends, if you have some time, check out the Fire Level databanks; probably 1/3rd of them involve someone dying horrifically, or worse. Also, I've mentioned this before in Patreon posts and such, but this last demo is the first one to outright make it clear that all the Grunts fucking Talia are in fact breaking the WORM's law, which only has one punishment; death, without respawning being allowed.

bigtotoro

I hope some cutscene h shenanigans await Vie as well :P Another idea that I'm just putting up there would be that if really bad things can happen to women in the levels, you could show some unnamed/semimportant characters meeting their own bad ends to increase the level of perceived threat. It could serve for world buiilding/ character building as well

The Future Fragments Team

Well, we definitely had our problems early on due to programming issues, but now that we have Frouge on board, it's been a huge boon in allowing us to make sure we can get a solid chunk of new out each month :D Thanks for the praise and support too, we want to make sure this is a game (and campaign) that you feel is worth your money and time. :)

Just wanted to say you guys do a great job of providing updates to the fans and supporters. Plenty of other artists on patreon, both in this genre and outside of it, tend to go dark or are very sporadic with their updates. You guys are very punctual and even if you are just one day late, you let the fans know and follow up with the delivery the next day. Of course we all enjoy the demos and new additions you add in over time, but it can't be overstated how important it is to keep your word when it comes to delivering on a deadline or a short delay. Thanks for always keeping everyone up to date and not leaving people in the dark for days or weeks at a time.
