How to play on OSX
🕑 Added 2017-02-07 15:37:17 +0000 UTC "Dee Panda" posted this guide for all of you having trouble playing the game on Mac! The final game should be Mac compatible natively, but for now, this should help you all hopefully!- 1) Download Wine and WineBottler
- 2) Download the zip file containing the latest demo
- 3) Open .exe file [WineBottler should open automatically at this point]
- 4) Select the option to create simple OS X app
- 5) In WineBottler "Advance" screen make sure that “Copy file (Program) to app bundle” is selected and install
- 6) This should create an app that will open through Wine automatically
He left it on system version XP in WineBottler, with his Mac OS being Yosemite. Game runs pretty smooth on his system, reportedly.

I know this is years after this post was made but I followed the instructions and when ever I opened the program (the newest update) it just shows a black screen and nothing will load.

So six months later I was able to get it to work. Only all the models are just red boxes. Not sure what I did wrong this time :)

I'm not too sure what to do about this, after doing some research on it; if you want, you could join the discord and other OSx users there might have a solution for you, sorry again! If you'd like a refund too I'm happy to give you that also.
High Sierra. When i try to open it I justn error message which says the program encountered a serious problem and needs to be closed then the program closes itself...

What version of OS X are you on, and what happens when you try to run it?

Yes, it did! :) though I do get occasional crashes when I accidentally access the map option in the menu view. This was while I was exploring the storage view. I guess that option is probably not ready yet.

I tried using Wine but the game crashed everytime I shoots the armored shell or enters the bubbles from the first boss. :p
