🕑 Added 2015-06-01 22:02:44 +0000 UTC As a notice, again, if you were using PayPal, it is no longer allowed on Patreon for NSFW Patron pledges, so unfortunately you'll have to switch to a credit card from now on.If you ARE using a credit or debit card though, your bank might be blocking the transactions. Make sure to check with your bank that they're allowing Patreon to send transactions through :)
NOTE: Starting next month, anyone who's declined for three months in a row AND has never paid anything to the Patreon ever (so if you've paid even ONCE you're fine) will be banned from the Patreon, as at that point, 3 months should have been more than enough time to get things changed from PayPal to a credit card and/or to fix things with your bank, so at that point all we could assume is that you'd be sitting in here to get the preview pictures/upcoming stuff without any intent of actually supporting us etc.

Mine said it didn't process, but I edited my payment information and re-processed the card, so here's hoping. Going to up my pledge level anyway after leafing over some of the past e-mails I haven't had time to read until lately, anyway, thanks!

I usually wait until all the pledges are in, which takes about a week or so from the start of the month, before I start sending out the rewards, as I like to do it all in one batch as well as give people time who had to redo their pledges to get in. For the $20 level you're at, you should expect the audio pack by the 10th at the absolute latest, the 7th by the soonest. :)

Some people manage to get PayPal through somehow, I'm going to guess you're in the EU; that seems to be where it most happens, as PayPal is taken differently there. That said, it's pretty much random chance if it does or doesn't work, so in most cases for declines, I'm gonna guess PayPal is doing it, haha.

Uhhh... I don't know how to say this but I left to go to work and then came back to see that my paypal account had been charged for the patreon. I'm not sure what to do.

As far as Patreon goes, unfortunately not; see my recent post on Tumblr for why I can't use PayPal right now in regards to this game. It's not Patreon's fault, it's PayPal's rules, unfortunately. Once the game is released though, it'll be available on a myriad of sites, some of which will have PayPal possible :) Curious though why so many people using PayPal don't use credit cards etc. for Patreon, when it's actually easier to use those than a PayPal account due to the hoops you have to jump through in regards to a PayPal account, haha (plus a PayPal account is less secure, more unstable, has more rules, etc.)

It usually takes around a week from the first of the month for all the pledges to come in; no worries, you'd be far from the last person i'd ban from this, you've supported multiple months :P
