Revealing a patient's confidential information would be a crime. Even if done anonymously, someone with Troy's level of resources can easily trace it back to her.

I think that doctor from when Troy passed out should anonymously upload his brain scans or give it to a media source. I think it would be funny to see Troy’s biggest secret just casually thrown out there.
