Doesn't matter how many times I see this episode, I still cry like crazy when that girl dies, and when Derek has to tell her boyfriend what her last words were (and when Bailey stops the elevator so Derek can cry for a moment). This episode kills me. So freaking sad. But I'm really glad both babies and mothers lived. It was really cool how they've been friends for so long that they decided to have kids that will be related. Pretty neat.
