Yeah, Drs and Nurses also don't go around sleeping with everyone in the hospital where they work like it's their job. It's a TV show, we all take it with a grain of salt because we're adults and we understand the concept of suspension of disbelief. Trust me, watch it from a position of not judging for accuracy and it gets much more enjoyable for everyone

So here is the thing with Gray's, it will be your longest show commitment and the show will break your heart, put it back together again just to break it in a completely different way. It is one of the best television shows ever produced and people love these characters. If you are willing to watch it all the way through I say go for it.
