If you've seen Cobra Kai, you might recognize Dallas Young. He played young Uzo in this episode, and plays Kenny in Seasons 4 and 5 of Cobra Kai.

the '16 years on the BBC, they did nearly 30 episodes' joke is because British tv shows (especially comedies/sitcoms) usually only have 6 episodes a season, compared to US sitcoms which have a standard of 13 or 22 episodes
